Postcards from Montreal

Based in Berlin, Happy Potato Press is the publishing platform of visual artist and writer Martijn in 't Veld. Since 2019, the imprint has been producing books, prints, and printed matter encompassing a whimsical mix of illustration, poetry, conceptual art, and children's books. 'Postcards from Montreal' is a collection of poems that Martijn wrote while he was staying in Montreal for several weeks in the autumn of 2021. He sent them to family and friends to give them small glimpses of everyday life he was experiencing there. The poems were later edited and compiled for this little book.
